Hey! CTO here. First, thanks.

We used a custom design by our great designer, meaning the rest of the landing page is CSS and HTML.

We used a few css libs, for the sake of helping us making it responsive, but that is all.

The overall design is nice, but you may want to reconsider the combination of Visuelt and Helvetica Neue. Not only are they just different enough to noticeably clash; what's worse, I thought the Helvetica was (unstyled, fallback-stack) Arial at first, which looked like carelessness. For Helvetica to look sharp, you need to really commit to the Swiss look, headings and all.

Got it. Appreciate the feedback and will incorporate into our future iterations.

Agreed that the code is not very good, the idea of the animated resume was great, despite some technical issues it may have.

My first impression would be that he is a very creative professional with good designing skills. Regarding the programming I totally agree that it have a lot of flaws and lack of basic testing capabilities.

So technically what the presentation is trying to say is that you should use Angular to build Ember like framework. hahah

I personally like Angular, the Google support and the community are strong points to it. The documentation used to be hard to find, but now, specially with StackOverflow, finding what you need is easy.

I don't think relying on Stack Overflow is a good solution for lack of good library documentation.

Why not? It is a good solution for lacking good library documentation.

Great, I'll look to get a B-1 ASAP... Do you know if they told they would be working on a company of theirs?

Yes, they told the immigration officer they were coming to participate of an incubator, to one of the partners then officer asked him to show some papers and the demo. Again u have to remember u r not coming here to stay... Yet. U r here for the program, if u happen to be successful and then find the need to stay u will figure it out with the help of lawyers from the program, but for now focus on the problem at hand, been on the program

Probably not. The visas are for people who can show an intent to go back home. Starting up a company is one of the better examples of proving you're staying.

EB-1 is the only relevant one I can think of.

I'll do that ASAP.

Thank you very much!

We received the answer from the accelerator 3 days ago, so I'm doing it as fast as I can.

Anyways, thank you for the advice!

Thank you very much to be so detailed in your explanations and advises. It will really guide me when my app lauches soon! I'm very new to the Apps world so all you said is kind of new to me and will help me a lot.

I have other questions if you don't mind to answer:

* What content is evaluated in google play search? I mean you are reffering to the SEO of my application web site, or the Google Play content?

* What is the approach you usually takes to enter in "new free" or "new paid" and how long an application may remain in the "new" category? (if your approach is to marketing as you mentioned, just sai ad's :D)

Thank you again for your help!! \o/

It is a game for kids, is just a game for them to spend some time playing around.

Brazilian investors used to invest a much smaller amount and assume much less risk than the ones in US. Even with those big amounts and frequence in investing I still believe that there are lots of interesting statups being funded and some of them will succeed.

Also the "crunch" mentioned is nothing more than what is expected form Startups, a very risky environment where 1 out of 100 or out of a 1000 survive.

If the investors don't think this way, they won't have so large portfolios to spread their money in.

The same here. I have savings for two years also, but is hard to give up the money you earn in the dayjob and also to burn everything I accumulated during my whole life. While I'm not confortable to do that, I'll keep my dayjob while building my Startup.
