I've found that some recruiters are posting roles instead of publishing roles. These are often more relevant than the suggestions I get from LinkedIn. Does that plug in allow specific filtering? Thanks
I don't know if your bank has this option, nut in my country we can generate virtual cards with a set limit. I often create them with an 1 euro limit just for verification. There is zero risk.
I have been using Geddit for some time. I don't usually have issues with some video exceptions and showing only a portion of the comments. It beats using the official app or the website.
Having worked 10 years in betting companies, I sure hope not. There is vast protection and regulation for customers. Especially in the UK.
Some companies where I worked earlier in my career were a lot more predatory to customers. That included a company that did those 4 euros a week scams for wallpapers and ringtone that were legal in Europe back in 2009, and a company that had previously been an iteration of Lehman Brothers. Either of those were way worse than a betting company. I was 20yo and had no idea what they were before joining. Left both in less than a year.
It's that and more. The tech is a moat. The business model is another moat.
Part of the problem is the business model allows for some shady practices like selling $1 services for $0.80 to kill competitors (like the taxi industry and other startups in the same space). Then raising prices to $1.30 over 20 years.
I don't think it works though. It just ends up with everyone dead and us buying enshittified taxis at 2-3x the price later because nobody else has a ride sharing app.
> According to the MTG fandom, “the Azorius Senate mediates and regulates the activities of all of the other guilds and of the plane despite their numerous decrees being ignored. The Azorius Senate are characterized as being aloof, bureaucratic, excessively formalistic, and fastidious, spending hours upon hours with legal documents and ensuring action, if any should occur, stringently adheres to protocol.” However, this is irrelevant, since azorius is unrelated to MTG.
Most folks don't realize it runs arbitrary user-submitted code by default, well-crafted or malicious, and does a variety of things that should be checked.
