As a Front-end Developer you'll play a vital role in how end-users experience MCTE. You'll design, build, and tweak user interfaces and shape MCTE's user experience while working alongside the software team to consume REST APIs to further enrich the user journey. In this role, you'll use your creative talent to build React-based applications that are fully responsive and work well across all end-user devices.

We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support a Department of Homeland Security client remotely.
Qualifications:
* Expert in Python and/or Go and can understand / implement appropriate software design patterns
* Expert with git and release management
Strong grasp of SQL-oriented data stores (Postgres, MySQL, etc.)
* Understands fundamentals of decoupled service design (REST APIs, gRPC)
* Adheres to and advocates for Test-driven / behavior-driven development
* Experience designing cloud-native software (release management, secret management, configuration management, decoupled design, high availability, self healing, load balancing, storage, zero-downtime deployments)
* Experience with containeriziation / OCI / Docker
* Experience with the following a plus: Linux, AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Airflow, Geospatial
