We got solicited by newchip. They evaluated the high level value proposition of our startup and made a proposal. For a fee of $9k, they are offering to introduce atleast 20 VCs, get 1 term sheet within 3 - 5 months. They are providing some additional subscription goodies. We are new to this space. Is this legitimate? Any experiences with paid accelerators?
