Claude's sub-agents are powerful but hard to share across users. Over the past 24 hours (and 60M+ tokens put through Claude), I built CARP: a minimal open-source registry to upload, browse, and integrate agent definitions effortlessly.

Open-sourced at https://github.com/refcell/carp.

Future plans include voting/downloads metrics and a Rust CLI for push/pull (cargo-style). Experimental, so expect bugs.
