I've heard this advice before but I'm not sure what the benefit is? Will give it a try though - I guess it makes things more interesting when you mix it up.
I don't rent cars all that of then so there may be all kinds of Pro Tips that I don't know.
My biggest gripe with car rentals is not the experience at the counter but the schlep from the terminal to the rental car district. First there is the wait for the shuttle bus, then the tour of the other terminals, then the drive to the rental lost. By the time you get to the counter you've lost 30 minutes of your life to waiting and ferrying.
So for me the core problem is that the car is not somewhere extremely convenient at the terminal when I need it. I do recall some uber-statused folks at my work having the rental car company meet them at the curb with the car but this seemed to be an arcane and rarified perk.
It's kinda like the last mile problem. Once you actually get to the rental hub then it's pretty painless and quick but getting from the plane to the rental lot is a slow mess.
Elite was the most enjoyable game of my youth. I was lucky enough to have a Model B and although docking was hard it was also very satisfying when you got the hang of it.
Excited to see how this iteration of Elite will turn out!
A way for Google to add value would be to distribute transactions efficiently/optimally among my existing accounts. If they know the terms, promotions and limits on my various cards and bank accounts then they can figure out that a particular transaction is most advantageous to me if it goes against Card A since it gets me a lower rate or a cash back or I have more head-room. Looking at transactions over time Google can predict and optimize how my spending gets allocated. I think I'd like that if it was done well.
I am on the verge of paying $99 for Appsify.me. They have a web based builder tool and claim to generate code for XCode to compile while allowing apps to be extended in ObjC a needed.
Any thoughts on Appsify.me? Are you taking a similar approach?
I'm not affiliated with them but I have been using PaperKarma on my iPhone. I snap a picture of the offending piece of junk mail and they figure out who it's from and submit a request to remove me from the list. Still waiting to see how effective it is but it's very satisfying to get notifications that they correctly identified the spammer and have asked them to remove me from their list.
SIP[1] kinda solved this but adoption has been patchy-to-none partially due Skype's proprietary system dominating the voice and video call space. sip:user@gmail.com should call your device for voice and/or video.
Regarding your routine, try inverting it once in a while and doing weights first (after some movement prep!) and then doing your cardio.
