Yeah this is why monopolies are bad. Your only real options are chromium based stuff, or safari. if you are going the chromium route, id go with ungoogled chromium: https://github.com/Eloston/ungoogled-chromium . Its really the only version of chromium I think is good, and its got the google tracking stuff removed for the most part.
I really wonder how they're gonna do that tho, like implementation wise. I suspect either they are gonna have some sort of deal where VAC can be swapped in, or they're working on some secret sauce kernel module that implements Battleye and EAC.
2 bedroom is absurd to expect at minimum wage, but it says the price for a 1 bedroom is at ~$20. Yeah I agree, minimum wage is the floor, but it should still be possible to live.
I'm pretty sure you could get a 2-bed home with minimum wage 70 years ago, so I suppose you're saying that it's absurd to expect societies to advance and make life easier.
