If you don’t have a plan yet, log in to antigravity. There will be a button “upgrade plan” somewhere. Sometimes it pops up and otherwise lookup in settings > account. There should be some button that says upgrade. Clicking that brought me to the google studio ai page which offered the 20-something plan for €5/month.

I think it should, as you dont need to use the encoder layer on the new tokens, you just read the embedding from the cache. that's why cache reads are cheaper

Yes I have no problems with them looks-wise. They don't build them on parking lots/factory roofs because of efficiency. Good solar panels follow the sun, which isnt really a mechanism practical to setup in a parking lot. maintenance is also a lot easier if you have one field generating a gigawatt of power vs having to service 20 parking lots that generate a gigawatt of power. Also obviously the land itself is cheaper in the countryside. Renewables are operating on relatively thing margins profitability wise, so you really want to make the juice worth the squeeze (the main value being sovereignty from other countries as discussed in the thread)

It was mostly peaceful in itself. There was a lot of conflict that followed in the wake of it as borders and power structures were settled. Just in South Asia we had the partition of India, the secession of Bangladesh from Pakistan, the Sri Lankan civil war, and various smaller separatist conflicts.

Not to mention the whole Middle East mess is due to the British on how they drew the borders when they left

I'm guessing they're doing something similar to what stadia was doing, saying you are playing games in 4k, because you're getting a 4k stream, but the game itself is running in 1080p

IMO it doesn't make sense for LLMs to write machine code, because abstraction allows them to have more information density. As context size is a big limitation right now, cluttering it with less dense information seems like a bad idea.

What actually might could make sense in the future would be super-dense but abstraction-able programming language made for models. Then you'd train the model to work with it and you could have a way to render a human-readable version of the program for introspection.

It preferably come with superior guard rails, so strict static typing, borrow checker if not gc, perhaps ability to state proofs, etc.

I can see this as the start of some sort of AI take over scenario. If there is no realistic way for a human to 100% verify what the code is doing, how can we 100% trust what the AI tells us the code does?
