I immediately think of Terminal Coffee[1].

Been experimenting with charmbracelet's[2] stuff recently to do something similar. Still very early stages so nothing to show off yet but would highly recommend it for anyone else looking into creating a TUI app/business.

I’m bringing charmbracelet to the web using gotty. The example is chat app that uses tailscale as the auth layer, and is exposed over ssh via charmbracelet/wish and over http via gotty. I haven’t written any docs yet; you should be able to run the example chat app on your tail net.

Would like to add some other forms of auth, but tailscale was just so easy to provide the same auth for both ssh & http.

Interestingly it seems to line up quite well with population density maps.

Very cool project.

Little bit of trivia regarding the "strange hole near Mexico City"[1] from the README.

This is a 12-kilometer exclusion zone around the highly active Popocatépetl volcano to prevent incidents stemming from volcanic activity.

I wish there was an Aztec goddess of tea drinking called Pollyputthekettleon.

Not that the Aztecs had tea drinking, if only the Chinese treasure ships had connected up across the Pacific…

Another strange hole over Havana

And interesting spotted patterns around some air force training bases (Vance and Sheppard):

Can’t tell if it’s the same spot or not

Area 51 similarly stands out in Nevada.

that's interesting how it's not really centered like my mind assumed it would be

My brand new Netgear router I just bought is so bright it's actually blinding if I catch a glimpse late at night so we might not be out of the woods just yet.

You do understand people's concern here though right?

Because it seems like you're being purposefully obtuse at this point.

To quote someone else in this thread: People live different lives.

I had pretty much the exact same experience even with a childhood diagnosis and extensive records indicating I only responded well to stimulant-based medication.

The whole process became so burdensome I just gave up and now I self medicate with Nicotine pouches.

Not proud of it and probably not the best alternative but it helps me focus and keeps me out of the stress of the constant back and forth that healthcare providers put you through.

Interesting. They don't appear dead for me (and yes I have showdead set).

Edit: Ah, nevermind I should have looked further back, that's my bad. Apparently the user must ave been un-shadowbanned very recently.

Correction: The right detests regulation on the things they like at that given moment.

If it doesn't affect them directly, or they can't perceive how it will affect them directly, they simply do not care.

The MAGA right has demonstrated they have no principles other than whatever Trump wants at that given moment. We'll see whether the Epstein files is truly an exception to that.

47% of Republicans would still vote for Trump even if he were implicated in Epstein's crimes:

Look up lemontek. Drastically shortens the experience, makes it much more consistent and the lemon juice overwhelms the flavor of the mushrooms.

Man, trying to look up "lemon tek shrooms" was worse than navigating the worst food recipe websites.

Alllll that text just to say "grind/soak the shrooms in lemon juice first and it will hit harder and last shorter".

It's so unnecessary though. You can just eat them as they are, no need to fuss around with grinding and soaking.

Eh, for me eating them alone can make the experience last upwards of 8-12 hours.

Meanwhile using the lemon tek the experience is consistently around 4 hours in length.

For me, this is the ideal trip length. I'm very rarely looking to spend my entire day tripping.
