My other post predicting exactly how the top would play out was flagged, because I'm not a fan of various shenanigans that sadly involve this website, and made a controversial post to that effect.

IMHO this exposes risks related to the current state-of-the-art in digital currencies. BTC, and others, are really just an experiment; new technology will replace it that will be far, far more resistant to the nefarious use-cases in effect.

I can say the same thing about the US Dollar, but we still have it.

No, the current state-of-the-art in digital currencies completely changes the ballgame, relative to fiat. There's a reason BTC is the main payment mechanism for ransomware.

Currently above 4600, any takers?

What's a "market cap"? Are you talking about the market peak?

What does "Lol, no." mean? You seemed to have described a local maximum with "It will dip further".

I'd speculate on selling 5k-5.5k which may have passed, or maybe not, and buying below 2k depending on how the downtrend shapes up. My stop loss for this single idea is from 5.5k-6k.

I sold eth on 390 ( top was 391), bought again at 370. Thought it was going to dip < 300. It only reached 320 or so

Why did you buy at 370 if you thought it was going to dip to 300?

It's going to drop further, Nico.

Yes, indeed. I thought it was already recovering :p

At least you're not using leverage Nico.

Win some, lose some ;)

For the second point, I disagree. Rich banks are accumulating enough cryptocurrency to be a major player going forward.

Dancing is good for you, bla bla blahhhh. Hacker news is tiring.

Gotta get into the trade first, thus my "prediction" of a 5k peak early next month for a possible short trade.

Any time I board a plane I get the distinct sense that the cabin air contains toxins of some kind, as it consistently smells like exhaust air.

Not to mention the radiation, the circadian rhythm disruption, the poor nutrition, and the alcohol.
