Laziness Implies not having a 'valid' reason to do some work. I think of being burned out as being 'drained' by cognitive / emotional load to the extend that your (hormonal, emotional, cognitive etc) system is continously out of whack; which in turn affects your ability to work.
Discomfort, disinterest, boredom etc play into this of course.
That said, why not change things up if you feel so bad? make sure to include other measures to help your mindstate (exercise, vit d, therapy, social life etc). Don't see it as a single problem and one-time fix though. Wether you are burnt out or not, it's worth doing what you can in selfcare.
For what it's worth I agree with flurdy. It's obvious that it targets Amiga emulation on windows, but what can I expect, whats the user experience?
For a project like this you expect: 1 or 2 sentences explaining the project. A screenshot of the GUI. Mention if OS / software is not included. Link to an installation guide. perhaps who is behind the project, or if its open source. etc. A timeline blabla.

Except WinUAE has been there for so long it is already part of the Amiga scene folklore.
It is a windows msi installer, there is not guide needed appart from the usual next --> next --> install and I have personally never seen a screenshot of the gui as a useful resource. So many projects show really nice looking screenshots and then your try the software itself and you find out it is buggy/crashy/misssing features.
FWIW, the WinUAE page has always been that minimalist.
UAE was the Unix Amiga Emulator and the original source is now dead, but was forked years ago and the two main versions are WinUAE (for Windows) and FS-UAE (for Linux, Windows and macOS).
FS-UAE has a website more like the one you're expecting: https://fs-uae.net/
...but the link here is to announce that WinUAE just got a new release, not to debate the relative merits of two competing forks of a project and their websites!
How have you been intimidated? Have you had direct contact with them? I'm asking this because I don't see any mention of an 'explicit' threat or contact. Did your 'friend' tell you that he sold your information or is involved in this gang?
what did the private detective tell you?
Also the thread you linked does not show any evidence of hacking or malware - also doesnt rule it out.
Next to this is all real /or you are paranoia, there is also the possiblity;
something 'bad' did happen, for example your friend 'doxed' you (on a forum with bad actors for example). There might be hacking attempts. But what if you are extrapolating.. that you are taking non-related signals as proof - whether or not there are actual threats / signals.. like a confirmation bias?
I don't have a solution for you but i think what you can conclude is; In either case it is best to;
1. do nothing rash. with your money, confronting people etc.
2. accept that your loved ones want the best for you but dont understand you at the moment.
3. focus on your health; exercise, get vitamin d supplements etc.
4. try to center and neutralize your thoughts, instead of going on a rant. Constantly Identifiying things as threats or evidence is not going to help you if you have false positives or no proof
5. get some social life going. And DONT talk about this shit.
6. treat yourself like you would treat a real friend of who you are not sure if he is having mental problems or gang problems or both. You would be kind and understanding but also try to rationalize.
Random thoughts and observations:
- Product; 'modular' clothing. where the parts / panels can be relatively easily replaced by anyone. And thus also combined in diffent ways.
- product / service: patchwerk clothes, combine the good parts.
- celebrate mending of clothing, celebrate blemishes as 'character'.
- redyeing (with natural dye's)
- Education: there was a british tv program where they put a mix of young people in the shoes of people in 3rd world countries; having to live and work for just a short time in sweatshops and things like that. It was very powerful. Show that stuff in school, or better yet make it a schooltrip!
- Unreasonable prices are a big part of this (negative externalities), but we don't want to price out people with less income.
- Observation / problem: fastfashion floods thriftstores, meaning it's more difficult to find quality items, and it just becomes part of the fastfashion cycle.
Indeed 'self-help' information by itself won't do anything. Getting disciplined = (behavioural) lifestyle changes.
It's like reading about different types of exercises. Postponing it, not doing it. Yet the bar is so low to do a SINGLE bodyweight squat (while brushing teeth, waiting for something in the kitchen etc). Do one everyday. When you do one, you will do multiple. And just like exercise; Doing almost anything is more important than doing the 'right' thing.
One element is to get into the habit of building smaller habbits. These are to overcome the smallest resistance, by combining, replacing, or removing activities / triggers;
* saying 'do it now' (out loud) to yourself anytime you realize your are postponing
* 'just do it' and 'the obstacle is the way' are what i use to overcome my social angst for silly things. (including the embarrassmentfor this cheesyness :D)
* 'weather is irrelevant'; ALWAYS go out for a walk in the morning, get coffee or bring it. This will have lasting effects for the rest of the day.
* When going to bed leave your phone in the next room. (it's easier at this time then when you are on it)
* Having internet free time (router off, phone in a different room); you can read something slower a (e)book, or listen to downloaded podcasts on a non connected device
* find better interests / hobbies (higher value / exciting / soothing)
* do some yoga / stretching while watching anything
* take the stairs instead of an elevator, add some extra floors.
* set just 5 mins for any task. you might end up doing more, but at least you started.
* (video)call someone you like on a regular schedule, or do something together (Virtually or otherwise)
Bigger intervention ideas;
- actually get into a different pattern for a week or longer; without internet, stay with someone else, or stay at home but clean the entire place. Go outside 3 times a day. Do light exercises. Eat different food.
- talk to a psychologist, even if it's a one time thing.
You can't outsource YOUR passiveness, to someone else (a doctor or a product). Start small, with both the physical and mental.
Small changes may not overcome your bigger issues / fears, doing SOMETHING regularly is the first step. You might get to a slightly better state from where you can make new decisions.
Im sympathetic to your feelign that it might be ADHD - and you might need help for that. But I feel like you will need to make a start yourself anyway
