We're looking for some awesome iOS and Objective-C engineers to help build amazing products for creatives. We build tools that turn inspiration into reality. With +1mm stylus sold and recent announced partnerships with Adobe and Evernote, you will be integral to our success and continued growth.
Senior iOS Developer - You will be helping us conceptualize, test and build our way to a great portfolio off mobile apps. You have experience creating complex custom gestures and skills in OpenGL ES and/or Core Graphics. Your strong background in application performance, tuning, and debugging, understanding of XCode allows you to gracefully flow through the day on your way to app development nirvana.
Senior Software Engineer - You will be helping us build, maintain and enhance our SDKs. You can not only explain a state machine architecture to my grandmother but convince her why it's the right choice. You are obsessive about clear, clean and readable code over complex patterns and abstractions and encouraged by hard problems and applying creative solutions. Objective-C runs through your veins and have experience working with Bluetooth LE devices and byte streams.
Our software and design team are located in the comfortable and friendly midwest Grand Rapids, MI. We are profitable, well funded and ready to conquer the world. We're looking for candidates that are semi-local or willing to relocate to the area. It's an awesome town to live in and a great team to work with.

Nice post, I'm curious if you ever make the venture to HQ to meet up with your coworkers or are you 100% virtual?
I've found that the occasional trip to the office to meet and greet, bond over drinks and do some rapid fire planning seems to recharge both those in the office and those on the remote teams.
yeh definitely, I am just back this weekend from a 3 week trip over to the office, I really enjoy spending time with coworkers and I even enjoy spending some time in the office, I just like having time not in the office as well.
Very well done guys, looks great and really speaks to how work in general is becoming more like how movies are made...Someone pulls expert teams together with certain needed skill sets, everyone kicks ass on a project, disperse, and repeat on the next one.
The difficult thing that you're going to run into is that most banks (outside of the big guys (Wells Fargo, Citi, BoA, etc) you're going to be utilizing an "off the shelf" system for all of your online banking. There's only a handfull of these vendors out there controlling the market, so little to no incentive for them to innovate and make things easier so requesting new features, updated UI/UX and so on are very slow to be added. In this space "mobile banking" still very much means SMS messages.
Now "in front" of the loggin theres many ways you can utilize the web to make things better. Look at how any receptacle consumer service is using the tools available to market and communicate with their customers, general great customer service through email, twitter and so on are all good options but will require some due-diligence brought on by compliance regulations.
On one side of the equation I'm concerned that mint is holding these credentials somewhere, on the other side I'm more concerned that the only thing between someone and all of my financial data is a simple user name and password. No attempt at RBA or out of band/multi-factor authentication to get into my mint account.
