Yes, developers use AI in 2025 and this will only increase as the technology gets better. Shaming the use of AI is like taking away a plumber's toolbox because you'd prefer they work with thier hands alone. Developers at all levels have a use for AI, and given two developers with the same skill level why wouldn't you prefer one who could use AI as a tool.

I was recently feeling this way too. It almost feels lonely when you are one of the only people not absorbed by a phone in public. I wonder how important any of the content being consumed really is. None of the best moments in my life have involved looking at a screen in my palm.
I gave this a try and it’s really pretty cool. Something I am looking for is the ability to have a debate with someone who purely uses logical fallacies. It would be interesting if the AI could take on a persona like that and only give logically false arguments. This would help me recognize these fallacies in real arguments.
