my company had a special internal 1 month bootcamp for new hires and unfortunately so much was taught to them, that when they were sent to production they forgot what they had learned on day 1. Moral : It's about individual skill. Put them into production and the committed ones will always perform better no matter they are from bootcamp or not.

these copyright and patents are a huge hindrance to creativity. Now you cannot make a new product because somewhere someone has it copyrighted. I had at least 5-7 products in mind but could not build it , because my patent filing team says, we will end up paying huge royalties if we go on with this project. I wish i could burn all patents and copyright and recreate everything open source.

true that !! Its all about understanding and interpreting what you understood. It can be in any form ...not necessarily an algorithm.

Think of all those events (I wonder why, I wonder how) without thinking about their true confirmatory nature, you might find dissonance.
