My guess is they are drawing parallels with it being open to submissions, sharing and reviews(discussion). Prolly not the source control part of it. Though that would be a good feature to have.

+1 for enterprise. Startup culture is picking up, but most of the existing companies are big enterprises here

It's just the differing terminology. Also, once you are done with the certification, you can dive further into current trends in the area of virtualization (for ex. containers)
