Vivaldi feels like a cross platform port in all the ways I try to avoid. I understand the feature set is good, but it doesn't feel nice to use. Hard to state exactly why though.
FMRI uses indicators like pulse, heartrate, etc. to make a more or less estimate on the truthfulness. Torture can make these indicators useless.
Torture is a very flawed method to extract informations. You can't be sure that the victim isn't telling lies or admits to crimes just to make the torture stop.
Sure. No one has ever faked a fingerprint to access phone of the partner or used a printout to trick facial recognition to see the latest mails.
Today even little Kids fake fingerprints of their parents to buy some microtransactions.
I remember the time we urgently had to develop an application for our Client. We had to work overtime to make the Deadline. After 3 years we had to Upgrade the Server an found a Bug that crashed the whole application. But apparently in 3 years nobody even looked at it.
I don't think that many. Afaik they closed some teams and replaced them with some automated Tests and stuff. So it's not unthinkable that there were eben less engineers on win10 than on winXP.
