I'm on a J-2 with an EAD, and I'm subject to Section 212(e) (we came to the US because my wife got a Fulbright). I own 15% of a US company I have cofounded that just raised $2.5M. Is there any way to get a 212(e) waiver and get a path to a green card? The diplomatic services of my home country (in the EU) said they would give me a non-objection letter.
