Let me know if you have any questions too, I'm always happy to help!

Hello Shay, thank you very much! The content on your site is excellent; I have read the Course 101 and already feel much more confident on my CSS skills (and especially the really confusing things like floats and positioning).

Really great work!

Thanks, I really appreciate it and that's great to hear!

Thanks for the question!

The most immediate difference is that Lead Honestly communicates and works directly with a manager, and by extension their employees, where 15Five works with all parties. As a result Lead Honestly is able to be applied however a manager wishes, and is offered at a much lower price point.

@freshyill It sounds like you're on the right track. In way of performance tuning I'd recommend using:

- https://github.com/t32k/stylestats - https://github.com/katiefenn/parker - http://www.webpagetest.org/

Thanks! I hadn't seen stylestats or parker yet.

@lucisferre, you're 100% correct here. I certainly don't ignore 300-600ms differences but I only look for them after I've exhausted other, perhaps larger, gains.

As for how many times the test was run, it was randomized but but somewhere between ~60-100 times.

Thanks!

I'll check into the backface visibility bugs. :)

Thank you! When you get around the checking it out please let me know what you think, I'd love any feedback.

Good call, thanks for the feedback!

You're correct, thanks for the answer here.

Feedback has been hot and cool on them, still trying to decide if they are worth it or not.

I'm not really seeing why I would want the label of the section in question hidden when I'm dealing with it, and at least for me there's not really a parity between 'dealing with' and 'hovering over with my cursor' anyway, unless I'm copying the text. The bright orange color and the constant flashing on/off just adds visual noise and makes it difficult to really read the labels anyway, imo.

Having them pop out of existence is jarring; maybe have them fade to near-invisible.

Btw, Does not fade away in IE8 with hover.

IE8 can't do anything fancy.

Making the guide responsive is an absolute must, and something I am looking to do right away. For now I just wanted to get it out there and start collecting feedback.

Thank you for the kind words!

You're absolutely right!

Flexbox, along with regions and columns, is on the list of updates to be made soon.
