Don’t know why you’re using Whispr Flow when you can just set up your own software with API keys... Is it just for convenience? I understand it has mobile apps and all.. I’ve used them, and it's very convenient on mobile
The thing I hate most about WhatsApp is the number of ad messages from businesses. It’s almost unusable for me. I have no option to use anything else, as all my contacts use WhatsApp and the network effects lock me in.
As someone who never got any of those, is that like cold spam messages for businesses you don’t have as contacts? And can’t you just disable messages from unknown contacts?
Most people think that you should remove JavaScript to load your sites faster or for reasons like that. You have to learn to balance things, always use it if you need some good interactivity, validation etc. Don't try to use HTML only to force things.
I am glad uv exists, I came back to using python regularly because of that. The company behind it "astral" is interesting and they seem to care about developer experience.
