If a doctor intentionally did something that they obviously know is unethical they would be fired too. This was not a "mistake", it is a huge ethical violation.
This is more like writing your buddy a prescription for drugs to take recreationally
Not many people are using local LLMs for their OpenClaw backend, so most are paying money to OpenAI/Anthropic/etc. and getting their data siphoned as a bonus.
Depending on the doctor some are now recommending getting a tub of miralax, mixing it all into gatorade, and using that for prep instead of the prescription stuff.
Still sucks, but at least it isn't a disgusting flavor, although I haven't had a desire for blue gatorade in the last 3 years
