I tested with on my A500, accelerator disabled: - from start to password prompt less than 50s. - typing is ok, even filename completion - midnight commander needs ~4s to print the screen, even the mouse works

=> responses are a tad slower than in a normal CLI but acceptable

With accelerator it's almost perfect.
