I am saying out of the top of my mind but I would guess that in the case of owls they have evolved to be nocturnal. So their physiology is problably synchronized to natural light but in way that keep their activity nocturnal.
Hamsters are also nocturnal but you can force them to be diurnal in lab settings, but their physiology is at a constant jet lag state.
That was never the question or point. It was that’s it’s easier to adhere to intermittent fasting and consume less calories. So if you simply did a study comparing intermittent fasting vs general calorie restriction and didn’t control for calories then intermittent fasting would win. Controlling for calories completely misses the point
A big issue with Linux has always been the poor battery life management on laptops. So even if a device has a good battery, Linux might not be able to exploit it.
Also the drivers for devices has always been an issue for me. Like there are multiple drivers for the track point, with a million customisation options but no way to get it to work well.

This is like when they introduced heroin as the safe morphine and that heroin was used to ween people off morphine. Sounds stupid now but it’s the same logic here with Kratom.
