Author here: This was a fun weekend project using the new Cloudflare GPU Workers(https://ai.cloudflare.com/?gpu) and Lexica Search API (https://lexica.art/) See The code: https://gist.github.com/valentinvieriu/8c9e911fa268726462d66... --- Best Viewed on a Mobile phone when added to the home screen.

I’ve opened it on 2 devices and showed 2 different numbers. So either the counter is fake, or there is a load balancer issue :)

It definitely is not fake, it updates through a websocket.

It is very raw indeed. What service are you using to check the availability? Any api that you recommend? I assume you’ve used brute force to generate all those domains. Can you expand a little?

My favorite part of it is at the end of the file :) if name == "boring_wozniak" /* Steve Wozniak is not boring */ { goto begin }

Congratulations on the project! This looks very similar to my project: https://art42.net I've used the higher resolution model 1024, and I also chosen to generate the picture in advance. It's expensive to generate them realtime.

Thank you. I love the clear, intelligent user interface of your site - it's given me a lot of inspiration for future projects. Keep in touch!

Is this about Helm2 or Helm3?

We are using still using Helm 2, we planned on migrating to Helm 3 sometime in the future.

I was wondering this too. Thank you for sharing this. I've had a similar idea with https://art42.net and wondering what type of copyright to add. Is this Creative Commons?

I've launched a similar project some weeks ago. https://art42.net see the previous thread https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=22344254

Hopefully you all don’t mind me tagging on (again) with a link to my project — similar space, but with Fauvist art:

Some of those pictures are actually quite good.Would it be technically possible to generate larger versions?

Hehe, is funny how some ideas are just swimming in the minds of contemporary people. This is what I'm doing with https://art42.net

Credit should have been mentioned at the beginning of the project. HTML is not that hard!

The initial page just shows the art, but after a couple seconds it pops up with an explicit credit to Michael Friesen and a link to his twitter:

> Imagined by a GAN (generative adversarial network) StyleGAN2 (Dec 2019) - Karras et al. and Nvidia Trained by Michael Friesen on images of Modern Art
