Forgot the part when you must have a public portfolio of work you did for free in the recent years even though the job in question will keep intellectual property under a lock.


Indeed-- require people who have a large public portfolio of translations they've done for free, and then have them sign a contract stating the company owns the rights to all translations they do while employed and for a year after they leave, regardless of whether they were on company time or not.
