No, it's a LoTR reference

As I understand "Ar" means King or Lord in Adunaic. Curunir(aka Saruman in Westron, Curomo in Quenya) means "man of cunning arts" or "man of skills".

It's an odd combination to have Adunaic and Sindarin in such a name. Maybe it should be Tar-Curunir or Ar-Saruman?
