I’m hoping to hire an entry level employee in the next six months but never have put much thought to how developing that employee would work in a remote environment like we have now in COVID times. The in-person experience really shaped me into a new person and better employee- I am having a tough time imagining how I could have the same impact on a new hire who doesn’t yet have a professional frame of reference.
