Just because you think the federal USA doesn't have one, doesn't mean they don't (or cannot) exist. Lots of goverments in northwest-Europe are generally competent.

Of course a generally competent government probably wouldn't decide it'd be a good idea to backdoor CPUs, but that's another issue.



The EU is trying to get rid of encryption right now ... So they're just as incompetent.


We don't need an existence proof, we need a proof of impossibility.
