I’m not saying that. I use Lisp and my Lisp programs have dependencies and my other programs depend on Lisp. I’m just saying that (1) Lisp can still stand to integrate better in today’s OS/language scene, and (2) Lisp could benefit from people writing additional high quality libraries. (Lisp has many high quality libraries, but it needs more.)
