I'm thinking of starting this journey with PureScript. Seems a lot more practical for my use cases and their introductory book is quite good (I'm reading it).


Yes. Or Elm. It'd advise that approach, as starting with Haskell is quite a big step. The https://haskellbook.com is a great start though for anyone that wants to be guided through the basics.
