Hack Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit fostering hacker culture in high schools, is hiring a Club Operations Lead.
In this role, you will own the human operations crucial to providing a deep and meaningful experience to every teenager starting a Hack Club, including managing the application process for new Hack Clubs, scheduling and co-running onboarding calls, checking in on a regular basis with existing Hack Clubs, and ideating and helping implement new resources with the technical Clubs Lead to provide more support to Hack Club leaders.
