This looks interesting. Does you compensation differ based on the location? e.g. as a Bay Area resident, I'm hesitant to even apply if the compensation levels are that of Canada even if the position is advertised as being Remote friendly.
I know what you mean, the Bay area is an area on its own.I would always encourage applicants to apply. It really depends on the role, the seniority and technical assessment.
