Crypto Gaming and Trading Startup | Multiple Roles | Fully Remote (possible physical offices in Berlin or Lisbon too) | Full Time or Contract
Successful fully bootstrapped crypto trading and gaming company is looking to expand its fully remote-team in the following areas:
- Senior frontend game developer: development of casino-style games to be run both on desktop and mobile browsers in TypeScript using frameworks like or similar to PixiJS, Phaser, or BabylonJS. Experience (and/or portfolio) in indie game development is strongly preferred.
- Generalist graphical and UX designer: design of innovative trading interfaces and gaming experiences. Very broad scope from UX flow designs to slot machine illustrations to game animations to promotional video production. Please submit a portfolio.
- Blockchain developer: development and support of hot/cold wallets and various crypto nodes, BTC lightning node payments, smart contract (Ethereum, Binance, and Tron chains) deposits/withdrawals, double-spend detection and probability estimations, trade execution on UniSwap/PancakeSwap/Serum, development of smart-contracts for on-chain auctions.
Hiring process consists of three steps: preliminary interview, full-scope compensated test project paid in crypto for several days, and then final interviews based on the demo project.
Team has been 100% remote from day one for many years, but is considering opening an office in Berlin or Lisbon later this year, mostly for design-heavy oriented projects.
Compensation package is very flexible and generous and depends heavily on the value a person brings, but we are looking to pay a top rate for the most talented and independent engineers and designers who are self-starters to keep the size of the team and communication overhead as small as possible.
