Hoping the next "Git provider" to be supported is a generic ssh:// path for self hosting your own data, so you truly have no vendor lock-in!

EDIT:

I currently use Gollum Wiki as my cross platform, vendor agnostic, markdown based note taking app. It's not as pretty as this, and it's not particularly good on mobile, but it's ultimately just a front end to a git repo containing a bunch of markdown files, so the solution was to just find a different markdown text editor with a built in git client for mobile.

Be nice if the whole thing could be handled in a single web app, and this does look promising. Wonder if the source is available or if it's a hosted-only solution.

Behind the scene I use generic GIT client for most of the operations and to make user experience more integrated I use GitHub API to query existing user repos, create/delete repos, etc. For self-hosting scenarios I have a plan to support it via Gitea or Gogs that should help to maintain the same user experience.

It's not open-source, so source code is not available for public.

The silo is soooo over.

No encryption? I'll pass
