I have spinal issues, and chairs were a serious issue. I tried and rejected Ikea Markus and several hi-techy beefy chairs, because sitting in a soft & comfortable chair always ended in spinal aches.
I figured out I felt better in chairs that made you sit straight and not lean at all, neither sideways, nor backwards, plus swaying and moving a bit, changing posture every couple minutes is a benefit. (Markus chair has thick seat, which gets in the way of legs when you try to turn left/right.)
For now, I chose Bleckberget, a similar model to the one in the comment above.
