Meanwhile interns and junior developers apparently have to handle the bulk of hiring and job interview work. No wonder people complain about the quality of job interviews.
That seems so weird and makes sense at the same time. As in, why would they force juniors into that, and now I understand why some interviews make no freaking sense whatsoever, or the offer is way outside the scope of the position interviewed for.
