Not only is Tesla Autopilot potentially lethal for Tesla owners, it is also potentially lethal for other road users.

I don't understand why Tesla are still permitted to sell vehicles with this feature.



Safety regulations for E/E systems (which includes electrical and software components) in automotive are done via "self-certification" and adjudicated via post-facto liability suits. There's no FAA or FDA like regulator for automotive currently. As such, I'm not sure who would/could step in and regulate Tesla currently.


This microwave is only safe to be operated when unplugged, any use out of its define safe operating parameters voids any responsibility of company.
