Faketoshi is an awful person and is suing bitcoin devs left and right, so Cobra, the psudoanonymous entity who controls bitcoin.org decided not to defend themselves in court so their identity wouldn't be revealed opening themselves to further lawsuits from faketoshi. The result is faketoshi automatically won in court and bitcoin.org can't display the white paper in the UK
