Actually that was after they did some modification after AdGuard published that on Twitter. They even deleted some commit like one saying "fix AdGuard server connect" by just changing name from AdGuard to theirs. Problem is that they don't attribute, and even their android app is from Jigsaw.
The irony is them being official government agency responsible for cybersecurity and doing that.
