Should do flame-graphs to see what the different frameworks are spending time on. Then you'll see what kind of fruits you are comparing.

And in any language you could probably optimize to make it 100 times faster.

Agreed, it would also be nice to see varying workloads which seems to be missing from any benchmark I’ve ever read.
