Our main product is a hiring platform for nurses. Nurses fill out onboarding form, we match them to hospitals. The hospitals hire the nurses directly as full-time nurses with benefits (compared to competitors which place contract travel nurses).

Main differentiators:
* Everyone is nice. We have a strict no a-holes rule.
* We are meeting-lite. Stand-up is capped to 15 minutes and any meeting must have reading materials distributed the day before.
* Our process is based on the "Shape-up" process from Basecamp.
* Product is ruthless about limiting scope, so that we can actually focus on readable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
