Uri should have never been able to get away with that lawsuit, because the character in question (Kadabra) is clearly a homage to him; not a cameo or direct rip off.

Uri Geller is basically in the same camp as Jack Thompson and Uwe Boll because of this old stunt. At least as far as I am concerned.

What I don't get is why it only effected the TCG. Kadabra is in Legends Arceus, in Ultra Sun and Moon, Diamond and Pearl etc.
