Every place I’ve worked at in the last 15 years has been better represented by Asian women in all levels of IC and management than European-descended women. At the current job, the only European I’m aware of is trans. Just one data point. They may or may not feel they have a future or good prospects, I have not asked. But they stay on the job and some get promoted.

Curious about other places. I didn’t think these employers were anything special.
