Vertical farming is cool if you have fusion reactors. Think of all the plants you can grow in deep space.

I think for them it makes sense as they are 100% dependent on imports and food can hardly grow outside. In the UK or US doesn't make much sense I agree as we have plenty of fertile lands. What do you think?


You can’t grow any staples in vertical farms. I guess it’s OK for stuff like sprouts. Still funny though, I always think of that Brass Eye bit about it when people try to bring it up as a serious advancement in agriculture.
