Eh, it's always been super easy to cheat on programming assignments. Often they're variants on toy problems that have been used in the past, or worst-case, you could crowdsource an answer on stackoverflow or Reddit

Just make sure Copilot is explicitly against the rules, there's not much more you can do than that
