If the American government bans Tiktok there could be a real possibility of Vine taking over that market. People are not going to go to Youtube Shorts, people are not going to go to Instagram Reels. People will go to vine though because it's "the same vibe".
But of course, a vine revival would definitely need to be structured the same as Tiktok. If I were Musk, I would literally turn Vine into a Tiktok copy and hope for that eventual ban. Maybe even use Twitter as a platform to push for the Vine revival as well as the potential tiktok ban.
Is there an statement of "why" in there? It just sort of says that it should.
