If they make it to an interview, and I have to ask "idiot filter" questions (ex: FizzBuzz) to decide whether they're a fit, then I am the idiot in need of filtering. And sometimes I am.

Nah, I had a bunch of people who had great resumes who couldn't write a loop. People lie on their resumes a lot.

That's a mistake. A lot of people lie on their resumes.
