Lot of folks seems to be missing the fact that they slice the brain up afterwards and merge those scans with the MRI data.


Not physically sliced but optically sliced. Still one intact whole brain.


Huh interesting. Based on my searching it seemed that light sheet microscopy required dealing with brain slices.
