I wasn't asking for links to youtube. I was asking for (a) links to Kim explicitly requesting people to upload copyrighted material in bad faith and (b) the point at which the law states that asking for things to be uploaded in bad faith means you should be jailed/have a site taken down.
To the best of my knowledge many sites like Youtube actually go beyond the DMCA in trying to empower media companies to manage there content.
