Developers and managers seem to have a real issue with system administrators and other operations players. And that they agree on this one generates so much drive. It's a cost center, it's boring, it takes a lot of drilling through abstraction layers and it has a lot of irreducible complexity. Developers want to pave over that with code and managers want to outsource and forget.
