Interesting. I think I've seen a research that when it came to covid, both uneducated and highly educated were making the wrong decisions more often. Sweet spot was around master's degree. Those people knew enough to know that they don't know enough to wing it themselves and deferred to expert opinion. Both under and overeducated thought they know better.
